Our Innovative Community Participation program is designed to help individuals with disabilities build meaningful connections, develop social confidence, and become more actively involved in their community.

Through this program, participants are supported to take part in social activities, explore personal interests, and enjoy hobbies that align with their goals and choices. Innovative Community Participation can help participants improve communication skills, increase independence, meet like-minded people, build supportive networks, and develop pathways toward future opportunities, including employment.

At My Care Community Services, we understand the importance of community connection and inclusion. Our team provides personalised support to help participants access suitable activities that are affordable, purposeful, and aligned with their NDIS goals.

Support may include recreational activities, group programs, community events, skill-building activities, sports, camps, training sessions, and other opportunities that encourage social participation, confidence, and personal growth.
